• Organise food (lunch, dinner..actors are bringing their own snacks, water is at both locations)
• Make sure costumes are done and sussed at rehearsals -Jane, Nicole, Max, Phillip and Marissa
• Props - Biscuits, plates/cups/utensils, coffee, newspaper, papers, pen, clipboard, sign in chart.
• Organise a car(s) to get from location A to B. May have to make a few trips...

- Meet actors, introduce themselves to others


- Discuss roles - brief of each character
 (Aurora - Olga, Jane - Grace, Marissa - Hilaire, Ben - Jesse, Jessica - Ivana, Extras - Tony)

- Talk about production scehdule - when are they available, do times suits? Etc


- Arrange meetings and rehearsal times (Week 6)


- Discuss costumes, fittings etc (especially with Olga)


- Send an email with confidentiality report, release form etc. Get them to fill in, sign and then email back.

Legal Stuff

Ok so I spent the afternoon creating these forms. One is the actor's release form and the other is an employment agreement. Both cross paths, but remain separate in different ways. Both are equally important in covering our bums! I hope I have included everything, I've never written these before so looked at a few templates and examples and sponged off them.

New - Production Schedule

Still not completely fine-tuned but more or less confirmed....Needs to be a little more indepth but we shall get there! Each scene plotted over a period of a day or more.

Location - Aurora's Bedroom

Yay! We have been given the thumbs up from Helen and John, owners of Moana Lodge, Plimmerton. We would like to film Aurora's bedroom and hallway in this location. We have two rooms to choose from, but first the Lodge itself:

Location Proposals

We are trying to source locations to shoot on. Today we have a meeting with Helen, the owner of Moana Lodge Backpackers. She has asked as to bring a proposal which includes what scenes we are wanting to film, the actor's and crew etc. I have prepared some documents which includes a sponsorship letter which we are using to gather donations etc (written with the help of Natalie Clark - a lovely lady who has offered her services in different areas) and the proposed plan.
