- Meet actors, introduce themselves to others
- Discuss roles - brief of each character

- Carl, Asti and Amy = not coming
- Hand out scripts *Subject to change*
- Talk about production scehdule - when are they available, do times suits? Etc
- Arrange meetings and rehearsal times (Week 6)
- Discuss costumes, fittings etc (especially with Olga)
- Send an email with confidentiality report, release form etc. Get them to fill in, sign and then email back.
- Photos of each actor
- Talk about locations
- Ask if anyone has a car/van.
