Costume Planning

Aurora:

Aurora is the main character and a patient at Revive. At this stage we are working with the costume designer to create two of her garments. One to be used in the dream sequences which we were wanting styled loose and flow-y, similar to this image:

The other is her garment she wears in rehab. We were wanting something that was corseted, to reflect the fact that she is "tied down", strapped within her addiction. Like this image:

Both of these costumes would be altered/added to as the film progressed. Be this in colours, materials etc. 

Max and Phillip: 

They are Doctors and we are wanting them dressed with pants, shirt, waistcoat and tie. As this is stylised we don't feel the white coat necessary, especially since we have re-written the rehab to be more of a "getaway" rather then a mental type institution. 

Jane:

A new character, a nurse at the clinic. We are wanting her similar styled to Max and Phillip (as they work together they have a uniform as such) so we thought a pinnafore type garment was good. This would just be a dress and shirt (black and white also) with stockings and heels.

Marissa:

The Clinical Director. As she is the boss, she needs to stand out from the others. We were thinking a high waisted skirt and coloured shirt (red, blue?) There are two scenes with her so we will substitute the shirt. She would also have stockings and heels on. 

Ben: 

A patient in the clinic. We were thinking that he would be wearing plain, placid colours, perhaps pajamas, robe? 

There are 3 extras who will be wearing similarly styled things. We are wanting the girls in loose, nighty-type garments (similar to Aurora's dreamy dress, but not as stylised!) The other extras will fit into these patient garment ideas.
